Adult Defensive Awareness Program
How can the Adult Defensive Awareness Program benefit you?
Public polls have found that the fear of violence in our society is the number one concern of most Americans today.
The US Department of Justice estimates that five out of every six Americans will be a victim of a violent crime
during their lifetime.
The famous Chinese general, Sun Tzu, said that the greatest general is not the one who can defeat 100 enemies in
100 battles. Rather, it is the one who can control his enemies so well that the need to fight never arises. The
Adult Defensive Awareness Program takes the same approach. This program is a comprehensive, five tiered approach
toward total defensive ability.
Who can benefit from the Adult Defensive Awareness Program?
The list of groups and individuals is virtually endless:
- Teachers
- Nurses
- Doctors
- Real Estate Agents
- Apartment Managers
- Sales persons
- Paramedics
- Second Shift Workers
- Mothers
- Senior Citizens
- Handicapped
- Models
- Secretaries
- Police Officers
...and you!
In the Adult Defensive Awareness Program you will learn a complete approach toward Self Defense.
The skills you will learn include:
Preventing trouble before it arises
Having the mental awareness to recognize potentially dangerous situations as they occur
Defusing potentially dangerous situations
Escaping an assault or buying time until someone can arrive to help
Decreasing the chance of personal injury during an actual assault
This comprehensive self defense course will teach you a five tiered approach to self-defense, the four phases of
an attack, how to maintain your own and your family's safety in your house, your car, to and from your place of work,
and elsewhere.
