Awards Ceremonies

The Family Karate Center hosts various awards ceremonies several times per year. These awards recognize our students, instructors, parents and volunteers for their outstanding achievement in karate related activities, community, and churches and civic organizations. The Family Karate Center also holds an Annual Christmas Party and Awards Banquet to get together as a "family" and recognize our most distinguished students.

The awards presented fall under the following categories:

• General Awards: Every student receives one of these.
• Academic Awards: For doing well in school.
• Competition Awards: For students who compete in karate.
• Summer Camp Awards: For students who participate in the Summer Camps.
• Special Awards: Sensei Williams presents these at his discretion.
• And Other Awards too.
